Return & Refund Policy

At Cafrox Bathing Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

Customized or installed products cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
