Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after confirmation and payment verification.
- Order processing time: 2–5 business days
- Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product size:
- Metro cities: 5–10 business days
- Non-metro / remote areas: 7–15 business days
Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on:
- Product type and size
- Delivery location
- Mode of transport
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
Packaging & Handling
All Cafrox products are carefully packed using high-quality, secure packaging materials to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items such as bathtubs and Jacuzzi units are handled with special care.
Delivery Procedure
- Products are delivered at the ground floor or designated delivery point as per logistics policy.
- Installation services, if required, are handled separately and are not included in standard shipping unless mentioned.
Damaged or Missing Items
Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- In case of visible damage, please inform the delivery personnel immediately.
- Any damage or missing item must be reported to Cafrox within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. Cafrox will keep customers informed in case of significant delays.
Cancellation & Shipping
